We provide twenty-four hour patrol using our marked vehicles. We actively patrol our clients’ properties and neighborhoods providing alarm response and vacation checks. All Neighborhood Patrol officers are off-duty, retired, or former police officers. They are also graduates of a law enforcement academy and have full police powers. More Neighborhood Patrol units are available twenty-four hours daily by direct phone contact. Our Officers are also radio dispatched by the Marion and Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department Communications Centers as well as our office at 11040 Fall Creek Road. We currently have 26 officers serving you in a variety of capacities.
- Neighborhood Patrol provides pro-active safety patrols to client neighborhoods 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A patrol includes driving every street, cul-de-sac and common area in the neighborhood.
- Neighborhood Patrol Officers are certified law enforcement officers trained to handle law enforcement issues. These highly trained officers are available to meet the needs of every resident.
- Neighborhood Patrol is dispatched by the Hamilton and Marion County Sheriff’s Departments and have direct contact with the Fishers Police Department and the Hamilton and Marion County Sheriff’s Departments.
- Neighborhood Patrol can be added to your alarm company’s notification list as a primary responder. This can be done in addition to local law enforcement if you choose.
- Neighborhood Patrol will perform unattended home or vacation checks of your home while you are away. This means our officers will physically check the exterior of your home 3 times a day while you are gone.
- Neighborhood Patrol Officers are issued a cellular phone that you can call any time. Our officers are available to you 24 hours a day.
- Neighborhood Patrol Officers are always in the area and try to maintain a goal of a 5-minute response time to your calls for service. To reach that goal, there are always 2, and often 3 officers, patrolling the area.
- Neighborhood Patrol provides child ID kits that use DNA should the unfortunate need arise to identify a missing child.
- Neighborhood Patrol provides a sticker containing our important phone numbers that can be placed near your phone should you ever need to contact us.
- Neighborhood Patrol officers can be used as a point of contact for other neighborhood services such as determining when to begin snow removal.
